The Darkside has two options of houses to pick from: deeded or customize. Deeded houses are premade and ready to go as soon as you craft it. Customize houses require a foundation. Once the foundation is placed, you will be able to customize the house any way you want…for free!

Both deeds and foundations can be obtained using house parts, which are craftable via the carpentry skill.
